Humana is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional who is highly skilled in data integration with a focus on the Salesforce CRM and Snowflake and has the ability to be a strong communicator and collaborator working with stakeholders across multiple enterprise teams.
The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional will be responsible for managing and executing data integration activities between Salesforce CRM and the Snowflake cloud platform. Involves collaboration with various stakeholders across multiple enterprise teams to gather requirements, draft data usage agreements, and share data in a compliant manner. Responsible for making independent decisions related to work prioritization and timeline commitments utilizing Agile methodology. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
+ Support data integration activities between Salesforce CRM, the Snowflake cloud platform, and other enterprise systems
+ Manage secure, efficient data sharing solutions to downstream consumers
+ Partner with Retail Sales Leaders, operations teams, subject matter experts, training, and IT Teams to develop and deploy continuous improvement initiatives across the organization focused on data integration and sharing
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate those into technical requirements
+ Follows and support data governance best practices within the team and across MarketPoint
+ Cultivate relationships with multiple internal Business and IT partners
+ Initiate and facilitate meetings to identify, document, and prioritize business technology needs that align with department deliverables and organizational goals
+ Champion the customer by accurately representing their prioritized needs in the requirements, development, and testing phases of each project
+ Implement Change Management processes as needed to maintain accurate requirements dependencies and documentation

Required Qualifications
+ Experience in integrating Salesforce CRM with cloud platforms like Snowflake for the purpose of data enrichment and sharing
+ Experience using Power BI, T-SQL, PL-SQL, Toad or Azure to analyze and interpret data
+ 5+ years of experience in information technology, process management, business administration, communication, or a related field
+ Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and in SQL or other scripting for data transformation
+ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage medium to large scale integration projects
+ Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
+ Proficiency in documentation tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Lucidchart, or similar
+ Strong attention to detail and organization skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's, MBA or other Advanced Degree
+ Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer)
+ Certification in Snowflake (e.g. SnowPro Core)
+ Certifications in data engineering or cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
+ Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six-Sigma, Lean)
+ Experience with Agile development processes and user story writing
+ Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
+ Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
+ Ideal candidate will live w/in 50 miles of Louisville KY
+ Live in KY, IN, OH or TN

+ Some nights or weekends may be required to support production turn activities.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$80,900 - $110,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
