Maximus currently has a Senior Business Services Manager (Accounts Manager) Opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee Community Relations and engagement plan, using input gained from internal staff, project leadership, as well as the client and various stakeholders.
- Assist in management of enrollment services program in applicable locations.
- Retrieve, analyze and interpret data, identify key business issues, model alternatives, and present recommendations in a concise, meaningful way, both orally and in a written format.
- Maintain contract compliance, which includes a thorough understanding of the contract, Technical Proposal, Administrative Bulletins, and any contract amendments related to the general area of responsibility.
- Facilitate resolution of project issues by coordinating with project staff, client, the host office staff, and other community agencies.
- Ensure Workforce Management tools are routinely used to schedule resources and report results of staffing effectiveness.
- Identify and analyze trends to determine direction for Field Operation and project.
- Maintain good staff communication and ensures information flows to line staff.
- Update Department policy and procedures as necessary, and ensures key processes are well documented.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 7-10 years relevant professional experience required.

Bachelors Degree required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
Previous Maximus experience preferred
This position requires travel 50%-75% of the time.
This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
This position requires residency in the state of Montana.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
