Position Summary
For our Service Department we are searching for the next possible date a Manager Aftermarket
Essential Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Strategic development of the Aftermarket department with overall responsibility for the areas of spare parts, commissioning, claims and repair shop
- Technical and disciplinary management of the teams in Wiesbaden and the Essen Service Centre
- Creation and implementation of service standards and guidelines
- Development and expansion of after sales offerings, taking into account market and customer requirements
- Further development of the customer service area in conjunction with the spare parts business in the area of digitalisation
Position Requirements
Your Profile:
- Technical Education with good commercial understanding or commercial Education with a technical focus
- Several years of experience in the after market
- Technical expertise in the field of pumps
- Experience in dealing with KPIs
- Organisational skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Negotiating skills, self-confidence, ability to work under pressure
- Ability to cooperate and goal-orientated thinking
- Assertiveness
- Convincing demeanour
- Ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
- Ability to work in a team and cooperative behaviour
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
