About the Job
Responsibilities:Experience of senior operations leadership roleExcellent collaboration skills among multiple teams to bring in solutions and add client value, Out of box thinking for integrating all components within Ops for better approach and solutions.Collaboration between all the service line components, related to solutions/program and proactive approachExpert knowledge of Cisco customer and Partner Service KnowledgeExperience of ERP systems implementation and development.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oralPassion towards innovative solutionsAchieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvementTake responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as requiredDrive a continual service improvement program based on a desire to become a world class managed service provider.

Project Description – Experienced Operations Manager from an external, customer facing services background with a proven track record of building, developing and managing service delivery.
Solid leadership and people management skills along with previous experience growing and developing an operations function; i.e. defining program level planning's, setting standards, meeting customer needs, escalation management etc.

Cisco Commerce Experience (Service Commerce)- Must
Business Analysis and Operations- Must
