What You'll Do:

• Convert Leads into Clients

  Conduct sales calls and strategy sessions with prospective clients, effectively conveying the value of our services and converting inquiries into long-term partnerships.

  
  

• Lead Nurturing

  Manage a pipeline of leads, staying organized and responsive to ensure no opportunities are missed.

  
  

• Develop Tailored Proposals

  Work collaboratively to create customized service packages that meet client needs.

  
  

• Collaborate with Marketing

  Provide insights from client interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

  
  

• Track Sales Metrics

  Monitor key metrics like lead conversion rates, average deal size, and pipeline velocity to identify areas for improvement.

  
  

• Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities

  Identify additional services that could benefit existing clients, driving increased revenue while deepening client relationships.

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a client-focused or service-based industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
