Scoot Education has an opportunity for a Senior School Partnerships Specialist (our internal title for a BDM) to join our team! We are growing our school partnerships team to continue to provide demand for our increasing supply of exceptional educators across ten states, with more to come.

The role:

• Reporting to the director of school partnerships, this is the second senior position within a team of six.
• Priority is cultivating and winning deals with public school districts and CMOs.
• Success is measured by new partnerships won, and the revenue generated from them.
• Informal mentorship of teammates is an expectation, with formal people management responsibilities a future possibility for those with these ambitions.

Our ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in staffing, education, or both!
• Believes in a relationship driven and value-creation approach to business development
• Creates partners, not clients, by delivering on promises and promoting consultative relationships with schools and districts
• Is a team player who collaborates across an entire organization, including with many partner facing/service delivery team members
• Can think strategically about expansion areas, pace, and staffing supply versus demand

• An existing network within the education sector across the US
• Proven winning record based that demonstrates your success
• Management and/or mentorship experience, formal or informal
