Senior Business Architect - Medical Web Experts

As Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading discovery and functional analysis phases throughout the project lifecycle for both new and existing custom and SaaS development projects. Your primary focus will be understanding client pain points, identifying opportunities, and proposing tailored solutions that address their business needs while driving value. In this role, you will report to the Director of Commercial Development.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of functional analysis expertise, commercial acumen, and strong communication skills, including fluency in English. You excel at building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and translating those into actionable solutions. 

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand and capture both functional and business requirements during the discovery phase. Work with the Sales/Channel Partner Manager to identify modules of interest, workflows, and systems in use. 
• Define an outline of the solution, including a research of the client's systems in use. Estimate integration efforts, needs of custom development, and implementation timeline based on current and planned capacity
• Develop detailed requirement documents outlining business needs, technical specifications, and integration requirements to ensure all stakeholders are aligned. Ensure that solutions meet both technical and functional requirements while addressing system scalability, performance, and security
• Drive the design of technical solutions that address client requirements, working closely with internal teams
• Liaise with third-party companies to assess integration capabilities and ensure smooth collaboration on technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including development, implementation, and support phases.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Solutions Architect, Product Owner, Software Architect, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and web services
• Knowledge of databases and data modeling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration and leadership skills
• Fluent English and Spanish are required for this role
