Understanding of Information Privacy concepts and best practices.
Understanding of Information Security and Compliance and Privacy concepts related to the handling of sensitive information.
BSc/BA in computer science, economics, mathematics, or relevant field or equivalent experience required
Mandatory Experience:
At least ten years' experience facilitating the requirements planning and management processes according to software development lifecycles (SDLCs) including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
At least ten years' experience leading and facilitating business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
In-depth understanding of requirements traceability.
Ability to:
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Document the results of business process reviews, develop, and communicate optimization strategies to team members and management.
Effectively conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Work closely with business clients, technical staff, and management.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
