How You'll Create Possibilities
Responsibilities:
Solutioning (70%)
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and acceptance criteria in Jira User Stories.
+ Design detailed solutions for user stories, including data flows, automations, and system integrations.
+ Recommend configuration vs. customization approaches and Salesforce object/field usage.
+ Provide initial effort estimates (T-shirt sizing) to guide development.
Collaboration & Oversight (20%)
+ Participate in user story grooming and Agile ceremonies to refine deliverables.
+ Work closely with developers to clarify complex requirements and ensure alignment.
+ Share Salesforce development best practices and contribute to code reviews.
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
+ Support application deployment and provide development assistance as needed.
+ Assist in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development within Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
+ Proficient in Salesforce Field Service application.
+ Salesforce App Builder, Consultant, Architect, or similar certifications.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
+ Additional Salesforce certifications in Sales, Service, Experience, or Field Service Cloud.
Working Conditions:
This is a remote role, with occasional weekend or evening work as needed. Collaboration is expected during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
