Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to supporty our VA Customer. Candidates must be highly organized, adaptable, and intellectually curious self-starters who have a passion for innovation and collaboration. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for successfully executing project tasks and for ensuring coordination and desired outcomes are accomplished. The environment is dynamic, and flexibility and forward-thinking views are important for success.
+ Manages customer communication and project milestones
+ Facilitates customer requirement meetings to collect requirement information
+ Analyzes customer’s process, identifies process improvement opportunities, and validates use-case viability for automation
+ Develops detailed preliminary requirements used to generate cost estimates and level of effort to contract developer teams to execute
+ Facilitates customer interaction with the system integrator
+ Manages enterprise-wide reporting solution documenting requirements, process flows, and metrics
+ Creates prototypes of future state dashboard with consolidated data visualizations
+ Manages risks and issues associated with COE delivery
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Operations Research or related fields
+ 9 years professional experience
+ A Master’s Degree may be substituted for 2 years of required experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience with robotic process automation
+ Experience creating custom reports using PowerBI
+ Experience with UI Path
+ Strong communication skills, including expressing ideas concisely and effectively
+ Project management skills, with experience working in Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Confluence
+ Product delivery experience within IT organizations
+ Strong analytical and investigative skills
+ Must be able to identify and mitigate program risks, and escalate risks as necessary
+ Must be a problem solver
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance
Preferred Skills and Experience
+ Experience within the VA OIT
+ Experience working on remote Agile teams

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
