Senior Business Analyst-Property & Casualty Digital Experience (remote)

Description

• Bring products and features to fruition, driving them through the development lifecycle from requirements definition to design, prototype, refine, build, test, and release.
• Serve as SME of the product solution functionality
• Analyze requirements against existing product solution functionality to drive out gaps and define new requirements along with related risks based on technical constraints.
• Make recommendations for how to best use product functionality.
• Present and lead product and prototype demonstrations
• Plan requirements phase activities (i.e. identifying and documenting roles and responsibilities; determining tools/techniques, etc.)
• Lead requirement elicitation activities (i.e gap analysis discussions, requirements working sessions, etc.)
• Manage requirements artifacts development (resolving open issues, driving to on-time completion, ensuring comprehension of and concurrence with the solution to be delivered)
• Perform UAT to ensure the end solution meets requirements and user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst with responsibility for core components of a medical claims management application, website or mobile app for workers’ comp or healthcare
• Experience with waterfall and Agile SDLC frameworks
• Proficient with creating human and system process diagrams
• Proficient with SQL
• Experience performing data analysis with developers and architects
• Exceptional skill in writing formal business documents in English (user stories, user scenarios, use cases)
• Experience creating diagrams such as process flows, activity diagrams, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Experience working in a timeline-driven environment
• Experience successfully leading project BA teams
• Driven and self-motivated, learning new technology and domains quickly
• Intermediate MS Office skills

Preferred Qualifications
             IIBA, CBAP or PMI-PBA certified

• PMP Certified or project management experience
  
  

Education
               Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree is a plus

• MBA/advanced degree is a plus
• 7+ years planning, managing and executing for all requirements-related functions of projects from inception through UAT with enterprise software solutions/services
