Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst with experience in project/program management to lead junior analysts and support our organization through process analysis, requirement gathering, and data-driven decision-making. This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead junior analysts and oversee business process analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop visual aids (e.g., process flow diagrams, use cases) to simplify complex information.
• Create compelling visuals and presentations using clear and impactful graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and process improvements.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and support business decision-making.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and system implementation support.
• Maintain and update project documentation while staying informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
