Qualifications
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills, be self-driven, and work collaboratively with the members of the project team.
- 10-12 years of minimum experience
- Must be very familiar with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar, capable of developing formulas to extract data from Excel spreadsheets or Databases to provide to program leads and metrics collection process.
- User of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the management, planning, or control of Information Technology programs/projects.
- Familiar with adapting and applying IT methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles and the ability to adapt them to various project needs
- Understand technology system and contract requirements to assist with verification and validation
- Logical reasoning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent listening skills and ask relevant insightful questions in interactions with colleagues and clients
- Assist in development and management of project schedules.
- Attend and facilitate a number of technical and non-technical meetings.
- Capture meeting minutes and hot topic items from meetings.
- Manage content within a SharePoint environment.
- Develop various SOPs as needed at the system or portfolio level.
- Analyze various aspects of organizational functioning, including management, processes, structure, culture, and performance.
- Identify and follow up on Action items to support the development team's success.
- Identifying the source of problems and making recommendations for solutions including designing and implementing appropriate organizational interventions shall also be required.
- Apply organizational and management theory and principles to understand and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business goals.
- Work with all levels within the organization, from leadership and senior management to the workforce; interactions may include coaching, interviewing, workshop facilitation, training, and surveys.
