$180,000-$225,000 per year

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar.
- 5 years professional experience in Market Research, Consulting, Pharmaceuticals, Plasma Knowledge, or Managed Care industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT) data proficiency.
- Specialty Pharmacy & Distributor data experience.
- Background in conducting market research and analyzing data — both quantitative and qualitative — to uncover significant insights.

Job Summary
The Business Analyst will oversee market research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for the commercial strategy. This role will involve processing and analyzing data sets related to Specialty Pharmacy, Distributors, and Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT), which include reimbursement claims, formulary coverage, and pharmacy and medical benefit information, utilizing various statistical methods. A background in managed markets, the pharmaceutical market access ecosystem, or the commercial health insurance industry is essential. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational processes required for onboarding Specialty Pharmacy Data.
- Comprehend data aggregation and integration methods to identify and address data-related issues.
- Examine extensive data sets to uncover and articulate trends and patterns.
- Apply advanced data modeling and analytical techniques to draw conclusions that inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research, collect and interpret data, and perform analyses to generate valuable insights.
- Track macroeconomic factors, industry trends, and regulatory changes that could affect company performance and market dynamics.
- Review market data, earnings reports, and industry publications to remain informed about market conditions and investor sentiment.
- Carry out ad-hoc analyses and projects as requested by management.
- Deliver strategic insights to promote business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Share findings and recommendations with senior management and stakeholders, and assist in the decision-making process.
