Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a Senior Business Analyst in our Louisville, CO location.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the NetSuite ERP, ensuring all platforms are operating effectively. To be successful, this person will need in-depth knowledge of the NetSuite platform, ideally in a CPG, B2C/B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be positive, uplifting, with the ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and work collaboratively across the organization.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, projects, change request and support tasks for the entire NetSuite application and ecosystem.
- Plan, review, revise, develop, test and deploy feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.
- Workflow design, maintenance and troubleshoot.
- Create new dashboards, saved searches, manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/Metrics, custom reports and fields, and create custom workflows
- Identify data quality gaps and recommend remediation plans.
- Develop reports and datasets to optimize business analysis capability and visibility
- Document business requirements as they relate to systems and applications
- Facilitate employee training, both on-going and when departments are impacted by technology changes
Ideal Candidates have the following traits:
- 4+ years of business analysis, or related experience
- 3+ years working with software products
- 2+ years of experience with Netsuite
- 1+ years of experience with Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- 1+ years of experience in business operations: inventory management, planning, and finance preferred
- Project management experience, including identification of critical path and status reporting, preferred

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary
Location: Onsite/Hybrid
