Senior Business Analyst - Randstad USA

job summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in loan servicing and loan accounting to join our team for a one year contract. This individual will work directly with the Operations team on critical projects related to loan servicing platforms and will be involved in developing APIs, writing requirements, and supporting various technical and functional processes. You'll be embedded with a team of techno-functional professionals in Des Moines, helping relieve current operational burdens and contributing to key initiatives like converting farm/ranch loans.

responsibilities:

• Requirements Writing: Develop, document, and communicate requirements for new functionalities, reporting, and system enhancements.

• Project Involvement: Support a current project focused on converting farm and ranch loans, including developing APIs from current systems to new solutions.

• Data Mapping & Testing: Engage in data mapping activities, write and execute test scripts (including regression and UAT).

• Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the Operations team to ease the workload on IT by handling BA tasks related to loan servicing.

• Self-Starter: Take initiative on projects, working independently with minimal oversight to draft and finalize business requirements.

• Loan Servicing Expertise: Apply knowledge of loan servicing concepts, including delinquency and modifications (prior experience with Rockport or similar platforms preferred).
