Description of Duties:
The Senior Business Analyst will help to build out the end-to-end business requirements and process for handling of loan applications, review, approval, issuance, and tracking including additional supplemental support for communications and outreach.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Certifications: Business Analyst and/or PMP preferred.
- Project Manager experience preferred.
- Experience running workshops and documenting business requirements for system implementations. This includes learning and understanding the government programs and being able to translate that into specific business requirement documents.
- Experience learning and advising on business process improvements.
- Recent and extensive experience documenting business requirements.
- Lead documenting functional and non-functional requirements following industry standards.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work well with government clients.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
- Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.
- Provide attention to details.
- Approaches challenges with a positive, consultative mindset.
- Self-starter with the desire to achieve and work with integrity.

Education:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a related field or equivalent experience.
