About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Pharma Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst with Pharma. This position is based in East Brunswick, NJ. This role requires working onsite for 3 days a week and allows for remote work for 2 days a week.
Mandatory: Pharma BA with Drupal + any CMS
Job Description:
Analyze existing application functionality and usage patterns leveraging documentation, usage analytics and self-exploration
• Create/apply an effective framework for further requirements gathering
• Host requirements gathering/exploration (virtual) workshops with business and IT stakeholders globally
• Summarize and generalize the inputs collected and present them in concise and clear manner. Refine user ideas into actionable requirements.
• Break down larger requirements into smaller chunks and document them as User Stories with acceptance criteria that are understood both by business and engineering teams and can be signed-off
• Document success criteria and coordinate user acceptance testing
Overall Responsibilities
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for development and implementation.
2. Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analysis to support decision-making processes.
3. Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
4. Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and adhere to agile methodologies.
5. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
6. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to streamline processes and optimize business performance.
7. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and agile best practices.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
2. Experience with agile methodologies such as scrum, kanban, or safe.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
6. Knowledge of process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.
7. Certification in business analysis (e.g., cbap) and agile methodologies (e.g., certified scrum master) is a plus.

Salary
60 - 65 /hour
$75-$80/hr on Corp to Corp All Inclusive
