Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco commerce platforms (CCWR/CCW) is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in systems/solution analysis and impact analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Prior experience with Cisco-related projects is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis to assess project feasibility and downstream effects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions.
• Provide expertise in Cisco commerce platforms, including CCWR/CCW.
• Contribute to Agile development processes, including sprint planning, user story creation, and backlog grooming.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and systems.
