Job Title: Senior Business Account Executive
Location: Miami, FL
Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
SUMMARY:
The Senior Business Account Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager and Branch Manager to support business development and client retention efforts in the Miami region. This role involves coordinating client schedules, generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company within the assigned geographical area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange and coordinate schedules and appointments with new customers.
- Support the team’s efforts to generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals, including cold-calling and scheduling appointments.
- Responsible for generating and developing new business in assigned areas.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients within the assigned region.
- Act as a liaison between client companies and internal operations staff.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by the manager.
- Organize and maintain an effective file system.
- Participate in business/trade events that impact business development and ensure thorough knowledge of the industry and product information.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of local competition and industry trends within the region.
- Promote company-endorsed programs and services within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Continually required to stand, sit, talk or hear, and utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Ability to work under mental pressure.
- Occasional walking, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
- Ability to operate vehicles (daily).
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
