Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Location: Summit, NJ - Hybrid

Compensation: $170,000 - $195,000 + bonus

Overview: Our client, a leading skincare brand, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their team. This role will focus on driving growth for their facial care, moisturizers, treatments, and serums product lines. This position offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role with significant growth potential, as the previous incumbent is being promoted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L for the Neutrogena brand, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement commercialization strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1-4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive business growth while navigating a complex organizational structure.
• Oversee budget management and ensure accountability in financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 2-3 direct reports, ideally for 2-3 years.
• Extensive experience working with national accounts such as Walmart, Target, Sephora, or Ulta.
• Strong background in P&L and budget management with major companies (e.g., Unilever, P&G).
• Expertise in facial care and skincare product categories.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation and change.

• Proven track record of commercial leadership and driving business results.
