Join our BMS Controls team as a Senior BMS Technician, internally referred to as Controls Engineer, and take the lead on installing and maintaining building management systems. You'll work independently on various projects, providing support to our junior technicians and ensuring all installations meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot BMS control components
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely project completion
- Mentor team members and contribute to a safe working environment
- Conduct system checkouts and commissioning

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in electrical roles; electrical license preferred
- Proficient in NEC, blueprints, and construction documents
- Skilled in EMT, IMC, and conduit installation
- Experience with HVAC, DDC systems, and network installation
- Familiar with Tridium Niagara, Distech Controls, and integration protocols
- Ability to visit job construction hard hat areas and climb stairs, climb ladders, operate lifts, maneuver in and around pipework and air ducts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Location & Travel:
- Primarily based out of NY, CT, NJ, MD areas, with on-site presence required as per project needs (20-100%).
- Occasional out-of-state travel may be necessary (10-40%).
