Your Part on the KIK Team

As a Senior Blow Molding Operations Technician, you will ensure that machinery operates at peak performance. This full-time role demands your expertise from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, including weekend commitments per business needs. Enjoy a starting pay of $30.00-$40.00/hr, augmented by a quarterly performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery crucial for forming containers of various colors and specifications.
• Upholding stringent quality control standards and rectifying any discrepancies.
• Innovating work methods for enhanced efficiency and addressing manufacturing challenges promptly.
• Ensuring safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained rigorously.
• Mastering the maintenance of blow molding machines alongside critical ancillary equipment.
• Executing regular equipment checks and troubleshooting across electrical and hydraulic systems.

The Skills You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED combined with extensive experience in blow mold maintenance—procedures on Uniloy equipment are particularly valued.
• A strong industrial maintenance background with proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Comfortable in varied temperature settings and potential exposure to high noise levels.
• Adherence to GMP and safety standards, with readiness to work over time as needed.

Physical Demands

• Standing during extended shifts.
• Handling up to 50 lbs without assistance.
