Senior Benefits Specialist
Katalyst Group, in partnership with our Chicago Professional Services client, is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist. The Senior Benefits Specialist will collaborate with the Benefits Management team and Firmwide Director of Benefits to facilitate the efficient administration of the Firm’s benefit plans and programs.
Key responsibilities include managing global family support resources, enhancing existing benefits, and promoting the Firm’s offerings. Additionally, the role involves supporting various departmental activities such as onboarding, compliance, and open enrollment. Effective communication with stakeholders, creative problem-solving, and maintaining strong relationships are essential.
