Responsibilities:

• Serve as the in-charge professional on client engagements, leading audit teams to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Delegate, supervise, and evaluate the work of audit staff and seniors, fostering professional growth and development.
• Apply a thorough understanding of GAAP, OCBOA, and unique accounting principles to financial statement preparation and compilations.
• Perform comprehensive audits using generally accepted auditing standards and common procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and peers, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Stay current on professional standards and attend training sessions to continually enhance expertise.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Licensure: CPA in good standing or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of audit and assurance experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Industry Experience in: Construction, Energy & Natural Resources, ERISA, Healthcare, High Net-Worth Family Office, Non-Profit, or Real Estate is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional deadlines).
• Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
• Salary: $90-$110K plus up to 15% bonus.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans.
