Job Description:
As an Audit Manager, you will lead our audit team, overseeing all aspects of the audit process to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities include:
Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to the audit team.
Collaborating with clients and engagement partners to develop comprehensive audit plans.
Leading audit engagements, conducting fieldwork, and reviewing workpapers.
Serving as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Ensuring quality and compliance with standards and procedures.
Identifying and mitigating audit risks and implementing controls.
Staying updated on accounting standards and industry trends.
Driving process improvements and promoting innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of audit experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professionalism.
