Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit and related matters.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of audit reports and financial statements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring audit processes adhere to current requirements.
- Identify and address areas of risk within client organizations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in business development efforts, including client proposals and presentations.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic initiatives and participate in firm-wide projects and committees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
- Proven experience in managing and leading audit engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in supervising and developing audit teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
