Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (like CPA, CIA, CISA, or ACCA) will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance audits, and operational audits with Financial Services Clients.
- In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, as well as corporate governance procedures and regulations.
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
