Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion under the supervision of Audit Managers.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop audit programs, and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to client needs
- Stay current on accounting pronouncements, audit methodologies, and industry trends to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
- Perform complex audit procedures and address technical accounting issues as they arise during engagements.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies throughout the audit process.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of audit experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting or Finance or related field
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
