Job Summary:

Looking for a Senior Assurance Associate to lead and conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse portfolio of privately-held businesses. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment and requires strong technical skills in GAAP and GAAS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Supervise junior staff and provide guidance in audit processes and methodology.
• Evaluate client financial information, identifying areas for risk assessment and improvement.
• Prepare audit findings and present actionable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit/assurance.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
• Proficiency in GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting.
