Job Requisition ID: 91169Location Designation: Fully Onsite Job Title: Senior Associate, Technology Risk Lead Location: Fully In-Office, 51 Madison Avenue, New York, New YorkOffered salary: $173,056.00Duties: As part of the Technology Risk and Control group within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), identifies and documents risks and controls for Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Works with Technology and Security teams identify, develop, and publish key reporting indicators (KRIs) and monitor key risk use cases.
Establishes and executes cloud assurance processes, including evaluating key risk across the AWS Well-Architected framework.
Supports cloud-related activities within control self-assessments (RCSAs), issue management, and risk reporting services.
Provides support for cloud assurance requests from Second Line of Defense – Risk Management and Compliance, Financial Controllers Unit (FCU), Corporate Audit Department (CAD), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) through evidence gathering, reviews, and documentation.Requirements: Master's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or Statistics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in performing information technology risk management or cybersecurity audits: focused on cloud computing environments within the Finance, Technology or Insurance sector or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or Statistics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience performing information technology risk management or cybersecurity audits: focused on cloud computing environments within the Finance, Technology or Insurance sector, including at least.
Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include 1 year in each of the following skills: (1) Preparing and analyzing cybersecurity risk assessments, performing data testing, and documenting audit results leveraging software audit tools, including applications, utilities or code (including macros, queries, stored procedures, and report logic) that analyze, calculate, and manipulate data to support an engagement team’s audit procedures; (2) Assisting in the development and validation of risk mitigation strategies specific to the cloud environment leveraging ISO/IEC 27001 standards and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity frameworks; (3) Assessing the design and operational efficacy of IT controls for core IT audits and integrated audit tests for infrastructure, applications, databases, operating systems, data warehouses, and interfaces focused on the cloud environment and its respective services; and, (4) Supporting and managing a continuous internal audit disaster recovery program by identifying changing conditions within business, risk, and corporate functions, risk profiles, emerging risks, and systemic issues leveraging GRC Solutions TeamMate; identifying current and future audit requirements; and, determining recovery or continuity processes for critical IT infrastructure, software, and systems after a natural or human-made disaster.
