Senior Associate Scientist - System One

Job Title: Senior Associate Scientist Location: Bothell, WA Pay Range: $40 - $48.25/hr Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities + Design and execute bench-scale chromatography and filtration development and characterization studies + Support process development for new molecules from platform process fit assessment through IND submissions + Transfer manufacturing processes to internal and/or external manufacturing facilities + Author technical reports and make presentations to scientists and management Requirements + Minimum Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or Masters degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience + Relevant experience in laboratory or manufacturing setting, preferably with preparative or analytical chromatography, filtration and other techniques + Experience using AKTA and Unicorn software + Experience with experimental design and interpretation of results + Work is primarily performed at the laboratory bench and at an office desk using a computer. + Relevant experience in laboratory or manufacturing setting + Experimental design and interpretation of results + AKTA FPLC and Unicorn software Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
