Base: $125 - 145k + Bonuses (Total Comp will be $180-200k DOE)
Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Senior Associate for our Real Estate Investment and Lease Services team. This position will play an integral role in providing financial expertise and insight to our clients in the Accounting + Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, PE backed returns, and due diligence. This role will involve working closely with clients to provide exceptional service, maintaining investor relations, and managing real estate funds. The successful candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate investments and lease services, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments, evaluating their financial viability and risk.
3. Prepare and review asset sheets, ensuring they accurately reflect the financial status of each investment.
4. Handle PE backed returns, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insightful financial reports.
5. Respond to DDQ and other client requests promptly and professionally, delivering high-quality customer service.
6. Maintain strong investor relations, acting as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries and concerns.
7. Contribute to the management of real estate funds, implementing strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
8. Collaborate with other team members to optimize financial operations and improve overall client service.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting + Finance industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of private equity, PE backed returns, and due diligence processes.
4. Experience in handling DDQ and other client requests, with a strong focus on customer service.
5. Solid understanding of real estate fund management and investor relations.
6. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and investors.
8. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office Suite.
