Job Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform and drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models to support business objectives.
- Conduct data quality assessments, research, and testing and ensure data integrity and availability of usable data.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Leadership in managing multiple projects and influencing teams globally.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our New York, NY, Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
