Job Description
What you will be doing: Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other correspondence Conduct depositions Make appearances at court proceedings Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation Possess trial experience (a plus) Experience you will need: Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (no exceptions) Results-oriented approach Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong oral argument and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
