G10 Law APLC, an AV-Rated boutique law firm specializing in real estate, land use, business, and lending law, is seeking a full-time Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. This role involves a mix of litigation and transactional matters, offering a dynamic and engaging professional experience. Responsibilities:
- Drafting of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, written discovery and/or other court related documents;
- Legal research and analysis;
- Court appearances and depositions;
- Provide communication, analysis and status updates both internally and to clients;
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents;
- Generally assist shareholders as needed on legal matters.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in California;
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an attorney, preferably handling litigation, real estate, land use, or general business matters;
- Professional demeanor, dress and speech essential;
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently and cooperatively, working with multiple attorneys and paralegals;
- Must have excellent writing, editing, analytical and communication skills;
- Knowledge and prior use of Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw Edge a plus;
- Excellent working experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel); and
- Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and follow-up skills with an attention to detail.
