As a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer at Prismecs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of our industrial assets. Your responsibilities will encompass the initial review of equipment and assets, the development and administration of the Integrity Management Program, and leadership in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes. If you are a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in LNG or Hydrocarbon processing facilities, possessing extensive knowledge of gas processing plant equipment and engineering practices, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the initial review of all equipment and assets.
- Develop and administer the Integrity Management Program, including risk-based assessments (RBA), risk-based inspection (RBI), and monitoring programs.
- Lead the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process and support the Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Administer the plant asset integrity management program to ensure compliance, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) activities.
- Review and continuously improve Preventive & Predictive Maintenance equipment routines.
- Support efforts for the transition to Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Collaborate with project management personnel on reporting, scheduling, staffing planning, and coordination.
- Check engineering calculations and drawings in accordance with industry codes and standards.
- Assign tasks to and supervise the work of less senior personnel.
- Initiate regular communication between the process team and all other engineering disciplines to ensure the quality of work and consistent technical content is maintained for all design documents/data throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Welding).
- 10+ years of experience with LNG or Hydrocarbon processing facilities.
- Knowledge of gas processing plant equipment such as general machinery, piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, instrumentation, and safety equipment.
- Familiarity with ASME, API, and NACE/AMPP recommended practices.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in LNG process engineering for the design of regasification and liquefaction projects.
- Strong project management support skills, including reporting, scheduling, staffing planning, and coordination.
- Ability to check engineering calculations and drawings in accordance with industry codes and standards.
- Leadership skills to assign tasks and supervise the work of less senior personnel.
- Effective communication skills to initiate regular communication between the process team and other engineering disciplines.
