We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. A DAY IN THE LIFE:- Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers- Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants- Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas- Review project scope with construction project managers- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction- Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants- Develop preliminary designs into construction documentsNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience- Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required- Revit experience is required- Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferred- AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferredMAKE YOUR MOVE :At OneFourTwo, we believe that every structure has a unique story to tell.
