Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Business Development Coordinator position include:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/marketing; familiarity with AEC firms is a plus.
• Established connections in interior, architectural, or lighting design fields are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a bonus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, proposal-writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new business.
• Represent the firm at industry events, meetings, and evening client engagements.
• Travel domestically and internationally (25% of the time) to attend events and connect with prospective clients.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commissions. The ideal candidate has the potential to earn $250,000 annually after a few years.
