Job Details
We are seeking a talented Senior Architect with the experience and skills to develop designs for complex industrial and technology projects from inception through construction documents. This individual will be an essential member of our team of in-house professionals, which includes architects, designers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and construction managers. Salary will be commensurate with educational background and project experience.
Requirements:
Licensed Architect in California
Minimum of 7 years of architectural design or project management experience
Experience with labs, clean rooms, and industrial projects
Ability to lead a project from start to finish, overseeing the execution of the team and consultants through the design development process
Strong production skills using REVIT & AutoCAD
Knowledge of current Title 24, CBC, and local building and fire codes is essential
Experience with local planning and building department approval processes, including zoning approvals, entitlements, and building permits (experience with DSA and HCAI is a plus)
Effective and strong presentation skills
Comfortable representing the company as the primary point of contact with client management and end-users
Clear written and verbal communication skills to direct a team of architects, engineers, and consultants to create comprehensive drawings and reports that meet client expectations and schedules
