Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, documentation, and construction administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam software
• Ability to prepare design and construction drawings, ensuring projects meet client expectations and timelines
• Experience coordinating architectural drawings with other professional disciplines
• Perform field surveys and implement building codes and regulations into design and construction documents
• Strong communication, design, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Preferred experience in hospitality (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, casinos, hotels) and residential projects
• Professional licensure as an architect is highly preferred

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
