Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred); must be a Registered Architect in Maryland.
10+ years of experience with a focus on federal/government, healthcare, and commercial projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and some experience with Revit.
Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Prepare and present detailed designs, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
Develop comprehensive project plans that include engineering and HVAC components.
Oversee and modify project plans as necessary and assist in contract bidding and selection.
Must be a U.S. citizen willing to apply for a Security Clearance.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
