Inthisrole,youwillsupportandoptimizeourdata and data pipelinearchitecture, aswellasensureoptimaldataintegrationandbusinessprocessautomationacrosscross-functionalteams.
The ideal candidate is a skilled data pipeline builder and integrator who enjoys working hands-on with complex datasets and data integration/IPaastools. You will collaborate with stakeholders, system architects, and business owners to create andmaintainseamless integration solutions while supporting ongoing projects and improving operational efficiencies.
KeyResponsibilities:
DataIntegrationandProcessImprovement:
Design,build, andmaintaininterfacesbetweenvarioussystems,ensuringseamlessdataintegration.
Identifyandimplementinternalprocessimprovementsbyautomatingmanualprocessesandoptimizingdatadelivery.
Supportintegration-relatedtechnicalissuesandassistwithdatainfrastructureneedsacrossteams.
Data Pipeline andArchitectureOptimization:
Developnewapplicationintegrationsandprovidedailyoperationalsupportfordataflows.
Assemblelarge,complexdatasetstomeetfunctionalbusinessrequirements.
Buildtheinfrastructureneededforoptimalextraction,transformation, andloading(ETL)ofdatafromvarioussources.
CollaborationandCommunication:
Workwithstakeholders,includingexecutiveleadership,product, data, anddesignteams,tosolvetechnicalchallengesandsupportbusinessinitiatives.
Collaboratewithsystemownersandbusinessexpertstoenhancethefunctionalityofapplicationsandsystems.
DocumentationandAnalysis:
Performdataanalysisoninput,internal, and outputmessagedata.
Documentsolutionsusingflowcharts,diagrams, andcodedocumentationforclarityandreproducibility.
Conductrootcauseanalysisoninternalandexternaldata andprocessestodrivecontinuousimprovement.
Experience&Knowledge:
Typically requires aBachelor’sdegree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.Relevant experience in data and applications integration, including designing and implementing integration solutions, working with APIs, middleware, and data pipelines, as well as exposure to data management and architecture tools.
3-5yearsofhands-onexperiencewithSQL, SSIS, anddatabaseanalysistools.
2+yearsofexperiencein datamodelingand datamartdevelopment(familiaritywithKimball datawarehousemethodologies).
TechnicalExpertise:
Proficient in integration patterns, middleware, and platforms likeWorkato,Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Tibco,orInformatica Application Integration. We useWorkato.
ExperiencewithclouddatawarehousessuchasSnowflake, AWSRedshift, GoogleBigQuery,orAzureSynapse.
Experiencein programming languages such asPython,Ruby or similar.
Strong understanding of APIs,integrating data using API’s.
Hands-onexperiencewithETLtoolslikeFivetran,Matillion,orInformatica.
KnowledgeofdatatransformationtoolslikedbtorCoalesceisa plus.
Data ManagementExpertise:
Experienceworkingwithrelationaldatabasessuchas Oracle, SQL Server, andhandlingsemi-structureddatalikeJSON.
Understandingofdata pipeline andworkflowmanagementtoolslikeAirflow(a plus).
ExperiencewithcloudstoragesolutionslikeAWS S3orAzure Data Lake (a plus).
SoftSkills&Collaboration:
Strongprojectmanagementandorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossdiverseteams.
Excellentverbal andwrittencommunicationskills,withtheabilitytointeractwithteammembersfromentry-leveltoexecutive roles.
Mustbeself-directed,capableofworkingoncomplexprojectswithminimalguidance.
