Senior Application & Automation Analyst - Boston area/hybrid
Our client, a successful Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is seeking a Senior Application & Automation Analyst to join them in a full-time/hybrid role in their corporate HQ just outside of Boston. The Senior Application & Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining accounting and core operational applications in an enterprise environment. This role involves aspects of Business Analysis (meeting with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and provide business process automation), managing system maintenance, resolving technical issues, implementing robotic process automation (RPA), and contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and technical skills, along with a continuous learning mindset as well as experience working within a similar REIT environment. Argus is highly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Manage project backlogs, plan and execute releases using Azure DevOps.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including detailed project planning and stakeholder communication.
- Support accounting and operational applications (e.g., Argus Enterprise, Concur or similar)
- Perform monthly maintenance and data management tasks.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop process automation solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and group projects.
- Ensure successful project delivery through collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Create user acceptance testing (UAT) documents and assist in testing system patches and upgrades.
- Train end users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends in Commercial Real Estate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (Commercial Real Estate industry preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with UiPath RPA platform (UiPath certification preferred but client will pay for certification once hired).
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
