1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
This role as a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for design & implementation of WMS/OM/B2B system solution including process/system design, system set-up and configuration, user training, testing, go-live support, and continuous improvement

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Works through all phases of the SDLC including, but not limited to, leading focus groups and workshops to discuss requirements, articulate business processes and creating business requirement documents that meet the strategic needs of the supply chain initiatives
- Analyzes customer and business partner requirements to understand and apply systems implementation concepts and principles to effectively implement and support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes and transportation systems
- Participates in integration meetings with clients to determine system requirements and specifications relative to integration mapping and product configuration
- Translates client/business requirements into system requirements, technical specifications, and logical data mappings for integration
- Partners with technical subject matter experts to develop the detailed technical process flow, business, architecture, integration requirements and decision points for the WMS solution
- Identifies potential issues, recommend solutions, escalate to appropriate level, seeks advice and guidance from within/external to organization
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of experience of 3PL or MIS experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience including WMS Implementation
- Availability to work a flexible work schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Operational Research, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 4+ years of 3PL or MIS experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience including WMS Implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP/Paragon or similar ERP system and functions related to the Inbound, Outbound and Material Master
- Understanding of warehouse processes (receiving through shipping), automation systems (Picking Bots, GTP, Pick To Light, ASRS, Robotic Arms, Unit Sorter, Shipping, Conveyor, etc.) that may interface with the WMS, and peripheral interface devices (RF, printers, etc.).
- Experience to include WMS configuration, implementation, and support in a distribution center environment with familiarity of RF systems and equipment
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, databases, Tableau / PowerBI, or Alteryx, MS Access or similar
- Significant experience with both direct warehouse operations and transportation management Availability to travel up to 10% of the time depending on project status and business needs
- Availability to travel up to 15% of the time depending on project status and business needs
