Position Overview:
Seeking a Senior Analyst to join our growing Research & Analytics (R&A) team. This role is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on research projects, provide data-driven insights and stories, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable results for our clients across a variety of industries. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in designing and executing on research & analytics projects, mentoring junior team members, creating firm-wide educational materials, and supporting the continued growth of our R&A capabilities and internal infrastructure.
This position is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of research and analytics experience who is passionate about uncovering insights, solving complex challenges, and contributing to integrated marketing and PR strategies.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- This role will include independently and successfully driving workstreams or pieces of a client’s business related to research and analytics services/offerings (ex: competitor audits, social media analysis, white space analysis)
- Serve as an account team’s “go-to” lead Analyst who will be involved in every step of the research process from identification of request to methodology creation to data collection to analysis to execution and recommendations.
- Being knowledgeable on general client issues, industry trends, and audience needs for your assigned client teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expertise on data analysis, marketing research, and insight generation including ethical data collection, privacy concerns, and optimization of AI.
- Having strong presentation and communication skills both internally within the agency and externally to clients.
- Leveraging a solutions-oriented approach to internal client service and is proactive about addressing research opportunities/weaknesses in a constructive way.
- Manage and coach junior R&A employees and potential interns.
- Develop research documents or slide decks independently that include a valid methodology, clear narrative, data-driven insights, and client recommendations.
- Support organic growth and new business initiatives across the firm and sister agencies.
- Serve as a co-project manager, helping track team bandwidth and revenue for all clients.
- Leverage account management skills to help organize and manage internal infrastructure, maintain/manage client relationships, and present client deliverables.
- Flexible approach: has the ability to change priorities against changing client and team needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, marketing, business, business analytics, or information technology.
- 2–5 years of experience in research, analytics, or related roles; agency or consulting firm experience strongly preferred.
- Experience using or quick ability to learn data analysis and business intelligence tools is a must (SQL, Excel, Talkwalker/Meltwater/Brandwatch/Sprinklr).
- Coding experience not necessary, but a nice to have (Java, Python)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in turning data into compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Understanding of integrated marketing and PR strategies, including familiarity with deliverables such as trend reports, media audits, social intelligence reports, and competitor audits.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for translating data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
