Job Description
Position Overview
As the Senior Analyst, Project Controls Contracts, you will be
responsible for supporting RFP releases and EPC contracting for onshore
renewable projects (Solar, Battery Storage, Wind). The role will ensure
Project Controls processes and systems are being followed in accordance
with our standard operating procedures. Additionally, it may require new
process development and implementation within the Construction business.
The Contracts Sr. Analyst role will be heavily focused on information
integrity within our construction project management system and ensuring
processes within the system are following company standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize, update and manage library of contract templates and master
service agreements by type including agreements for consultants,
suppliers and contractors
- Support drafting, review, and legal review/approval for all
construction service orders on project across
- Ensure consistency of terms and conditions across contracts with
different parties and similar scopes (e.g. LD amounts, insurance
terms, Force Majeure, liability limits, retainage %) and highlight
differences where they occur
- Support coordinating with finance/procurement/origination to run
project sensitivities and extrapolate price point for bid proposal
- Coordinate with PM's to summarize and document contract
deliverables to ensure contract compliance by contract parties
- Coordinate with insurance/risk management, tax, treasury teams and
others regarding insurance terms and claims, tax exempt
documentation, forms of security like LC's, bonds, escrow accounts
- Reviewing bid packages for compliance and submitting bids through
the company's bidding system.
- Support Obligation Tracking for Built-Transfer Agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study. Legal
Degree/experience preferred
- Construction/energy experience preferred
- 1+ years Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contracting
experience
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer
visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years Experience with Procurement/Bidding Software
- 1+ years experience in renewable energy or other energy plants
construction contracting.
- Process mapping and improvement skills.
- Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and
communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to
completion with minimal direction
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project coordination and management of projects with
multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and
other stakeholders preferred
- Able to travel up to 5% of the time
Base Pay
75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for
the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining
base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the po ition
and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also
include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are
