Senior Analyst - IT Application Support - TechDigital

Required to work with vendors, end users, project teams and takes direction from the Site IT Lead to create new and support existing network solutions across the site. Evaluates new technologies working with IT architects and service providers to create standards and solutions in the infrastructure space. Understands key components, primarily of IT network, but also some server and PC devices. Capable of manufacturing system integration, including design, build and implementation of manufacturing IT network infrastructure. This job may include knowledge of or experience with web services, database administration, midrange, personal computing, telecommunications and mobility.- Support of general purpose and manufacturing business network systems sitewide.- Support of network security and business infrastructure for facility.- Bridges gap between DuPont in house knowledge and remote support teams.- Requires knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Process Control Networks.- Requires strong communications and troubleshooting capabilities
