- 3-4 years of corporate tax experience with a focus on international tax preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, or business field

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA
- ASC 740 experience with a public accounting firm or multinational corporation
- MBA or MST
- Experience with US outbound international US tax law and foreign tax law in multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft products and experience with tax provision software and SmartView
- Self-starter, self-confident and motivated
- Ability to handle multiple processes/projects and plan accordingly
- Strong data simplification, organization and documentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills - must be able to analyze, not just compile, information, and provide insight and recommendations to tax leadership when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written, oral, presentation)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)Basic Qualifications:

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)Howmet Aerospace is currently in search of a Senior, International Tax to join our Tax Organization at our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will report into the Senior Manager, International Tax and work with team members within the department, along with other colleagues from various finance functions at Howmet Aerospace to prepare and review the international components of the US federal income tax return, assist with tax planning, and support the ASC 740 tax provision process for the company's international operations.
Major Activities:
- Assist with the completion of international tax compliance that is part of the US consolidated tax return, including forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 8993, and 1118
- Review tax packages and coordinate data flows into the tax returns
- Conduct research on tax issues and prepare written documentation of conclusions
- Assist with managing Howmet's global transfer pricing operation, including understanding and monitoring entity functions, monitoring appropriate arm's length pricing, and coordinating needed documentation
- Assist non-US locations with monthly/quarterly calculations and tax accounting process using tax provision software and in accordance with ASC 740
- Prepare international tax calculations, including E&P calculations, Subpart F, FDII, foreign tax credit, and GILTI
- Assist in the design and execution of planning projects by providing quantitative analysis, modeling the impact from anticipated projects, transactions, and proposed US and international tax legislation
- Prepare tax statements and elections related to international restructurings, tax planning, divestitures, and acquisitions
