The Senior Analyst provides wide range of incentive compensation program business support including analysis and project management across all BUs within DPS Orthopaedics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support manager and team in development of planning timelines and coordinate successful completion of key activities (plan development, quota planning, year-end performance, benchmarking, etc.) across C&E BU teams.
- Develops information to meet internal and external reporting requirement deadlines (audits, surveys, etc.)
- Assists in development of accurate, useful, and efficient reporting on identified metrics to bridge business, budget, and individual performance across Orthopaedics on scheduled.
- Assists in maintaining contract tracking information.
- Assists in tracking of plan document review/approval, coordination of plan document completion across BUs, maintenance of active and historical plan documents and related information as required.
- Owns other tasks and projects in support of C&E / J&J Orthopaedics as assigned.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 4 years of professional working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
- A proven track record of working in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed
- Proven strong analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to present detailed data in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complexity
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated success in creative problem solving and team partnership
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in medical device or healthcare field
- Prior analyst experience in sales, marketing, or finance
- Background or education in field incentives, computer science, finance, statistics, business contracts, or Med Tech business
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with Macros
Other:
- The role to is based on the Raynham, MA or the West Chester, PA campuses. One will need to be on site 3 days a week.
- 10% domestic travel is required
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 to $124,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
